Welcome to the 62nd episode of Hearabouts: Asian American Midwest Radio. In this episode we have a conversation with current IU students Belle Chatpunnarangsee and Ana Lim. Our guests discuss significant and important lessons they took away during their first year at IU. We also engage in a discussion on orientalism, its history and the impact that it has in the current era.

Hearabouts is produced by Indiana University’s Asian Culture Center in collaboration with WFHB. We ask critical questions about identity, culture, community and shared assumptions.
