Bedford Needle Exchange Terminated

WFHB News Director Wes Martin talks with Indiana Recovery Alliance Director Chris Abert, about the Lawrence County Commissioners’ vote to end their needle exchange program.  Abert says the program was free to Lawrence County, whose seat is Bedford, and that the program saved fifty-two lives over the last year.
