Bloomington Startup ‘Bee Corp’ to stop Hive Thefts

The Bee Corp is a Bloomington based startup that produces tracking devices for bee hives. This cottage industry took three IU undergraduates into the private sector, from raising capital through angel investors, to incorporating at the state level, to finding a space in the city’s proposed downtown tech park. New IU Health Hospital To Be Completed in 2020

IU Health broke ground on its new Bloomington Hospital this morning. Indiana Governor Eric Holcomb and IU President Michael McRobbie were among the keynote speakers who addressed a crowd in IU’s Memorial Stadium. IU Health spokesperson Teri Dematas says although this morning’s assembly was ceremonial, crews are expected to begin construction of the new hospital within the coming months. The …
