A Conversation with WonderLab’s new Director, Dallas Evans

Dallas Evans, the new director of WonderLab, brings over 20 years of experience in museum exhibits and programs. He previously served as the Lead Curator of Nature & Science at the Children’s Museum of Indianapolis before working as a Community Development Educator in Purdue University’s extension department. Evans highlights that WonderLab’s mission is to make science accessible to all and will continue its efforts to be inclusive, diverse, equitable, accessible, and sustainable. He also emphasizes the crucial role the community plays in WonderLab’s success—from donations and memberships to volunteers and interns—and appreciates the welcoming, fun environment created by all those involved with WonderLab.
