News Brief – November 3, 2020

2,951 new cases of COVID-19 were reported in Indiana on Monday, according to the Indiana State Department of Health. There were 50 newly reported deaths. As of this morning, only 3 counties in Indiana are BLUE counties, according to the ISDH website’s county metrics, which indicates low community spread. The majority of Indiana’s 92 counties are considered Orange, which indicates medium to high community spread. Locally, Monroe County saw 35 new confirmed cases yesterday while Lawrence County reported 16. Brown County reported 4 new cases.
