The WFHB Executive Committee met to consider the need to change WFHB Policy as regards bereavement pay. It was considered that three days is too short. This decision was made outside of WFHB normal board meeting minutes to accommodate the needs of an employee in bereavement.

Tom Henderson made the motion, seconded by Emily Jackson. The motion to extend WFHB employee bereavement pay to five days was passed unanimously.
