This month, Monroe County Government will hold various public meetings about a proposed county storm water utility. Storm water in the county is a major problem for flooding and water quality. Last week, we heard the first installment of an interview with Monroe County Planning Specialist Heidi Russell-Wagner about storm water management. In today’s feature, we bring you the second installment, where News Director January Jones asks Russell-Wagner about how the new storm water utility will be funded, in this WFHB radio exclusive.
