Senate Bill 373, also known as the “ag-gag” bill, has been criticized as aiming to criminalize taking photos at farms or slaughterhouses and publishing them in an attempt to hurt the businesses. The bill failed to pass in the twilight hours of the 2013 legislative session, which ended yesterday. But as WFHB’s Joe Crawford reports, the bill is likely to make another appearance next session, more in today’s WFHB feature exclusive.
