Indiana University graduate Kyle Clayton finished out his degree this spring working with School of Journalism Professor Tom French on a long-form journalism piece. His article: ‘The only way to hold on’ published in the Indiana Daily Student on June 12th, describes his experience at Indiana University after a four year term as a United States Soldier. This morning, Kyle spoke with WFHB News Director Alycin Bektesh by phone about his time fighting in the Iraq War, and the transition to civilian life in Bloomington, Indiana. We bring you his story here, for today’s WFHB feature report.
