Ever since Bloomington Area Birth Services closed its doors, there hasn’t been a central hub in our community for pregnant women, new moms and their babies. Julie Duhon is trying to fill that need through Tandem, a local nonprofit offering both medical care and support services to low-income families on a sliding scale. Julie wants to expand Tandem into labor and delivery services, and she’s asking for your help.
