An internal memo from Indiana University’s human resources department regarding the Affordable Care Act has raised concern about employee hours. The language of the memo seems to indicate that the university will be cutting hours for certain workers in order to avoid complying with a provision of the Affordable Care Act stating employers must provide health care coverage for employees working more than thirty hours a week.
