Retired Air Force Lt. Gen. Ken Eickmann is encouraging lawmakers to maintain fuel economy standards for vehicles, in the wake of the Trump administration push to lower them.

Currently, the Trump administration, and some lawmakers, are considering lowering the fuel economy and emissions standards for vehicles.

General Eickmann toured facilities in Southern Indiana, including Crane Naval base and the Battery Innovation Center in Newberry,  for CNA‘s Military Advisory Board. Here, he speaks with WFHB News Director Wes Martin.
