The Bloomington-born company Envisage Technologies is getting a leg up from the City to expand its operations from offices on the east side to the Fountain Square space on the downtown square formerly occupied by Finelight. The company will invest $967,000 to relocate its current southeast Bloomington operation developing software applications for military and law enforcement training.
