The Bloomington Plan Commission has approved a housing project associated with the planned Tech Park, also known as the Trades District; Bloomington Bagel Company owner Sue Aquila has cleared one more hurdle in her effort to create a new home for her business; The National Center for Education Statistics finds that about one-fifth of new public school teachers quit before the end of their first year due to job pressures, while nearly half of them don’t last more than five years.
