Speck Mellencamp, son of singer/songwriter John Mellencamp, was arrested yesterday morning and charged with public intoxication and resisting law enforcement; State officials admitted the I-69 project has suffered from mistakes; The Monroe County Convention Center Advisory Committee has selected a developer for the proposed convention center expansion; The Monroe County Solid Waste Management District budget for 2018 may include a three percentraise for employees.
