Jared Spoonmore twists folk and metal together in a project called Blood Red Moon. He started his musical journey on tuba but after being exposed to bands like Metallica, Nirvana and Green Day, he was inspired to start playing guitar at 13. He played in a metal band called Purgatorium right out of high school before turning back to acoustic guitar. During this live performance Jared plays seven original songs with power and ease.
