Historian, reporter, author and curious sort, Doug Wissing is now writing a biography of “the most powerful man you’ve never heard of,” Benjamin C. Evans, Jr., executive secretary of the CIA from 1966 through 1981. He talks about Evans and the culture of the spy agency on this week’s edition of Big Talk.
