Recognized by the LA Times and others, Michael Koryta has just published his ninth thriller mystery novel, just in time for his 30th birthday. Not only a novelist, Koryta has worked as a private investigator and as a reporter for the Bloomington Herald-Times. He sat down with Interchange host Ryan Dawes to talk about his latest novel The Prophet and how his novels reach beyond blood and gore to the psychological motivation behind those involved in grim mysteries, both on paper and in real life.
