In the second of a three-part discussion on Palestine and Israel, Bloomingtonians Michael Grady and Dr. Lori Hoevner talk about their experiences — and friendships — in Palestine. Grady and Hoevner’s relationship with Palestine dates back to a trip to the Holy Land in 2009. While there, they were moved by the injustices they saw towards the Palestinian people. Since then, they have strengthened their ties with Palestine. In this segment of Interchange, they share their observations and experiences with host William Morris, including their views of “daily life in Palestine”, as well as possible solutions for the conflict.
