Take 30 minutes in the middle of the day to connect to your heart, cultivate inner peace and clarify your intention for the day. Each class includes guided meditation and a brief teaching. Everyone is welcome to attend these guided meditations. No previous experience is necessary.

We open our doors thirty-minutes before each class.
