Mayor Hamilton announced improvements in parking meter performance in a press conference this afternoon; Last Night the Bloomington Utilities Department made its case for a 22 percent water and sewer increase; A 19-year-old Monroe County Jail inmate suffered a ruptured aortic aneurysm on Tuesday; In a news release, the Indiana State Police announced that as of July 1st motorist will again be required to move their vehicles off the highway after an accident if the car comes to a rest on the traveling portion of the road; The Department of Natural Resources wants the public to know they have a new app called “InDNR Trial Finder”, that allows users to explore more than 3,600 miles of Indiana’s public hiking, biking, mountain biking, horseback riding and motorized recreation trails; The Hoosier National Forest has implemented several improvements to both the German Ridge Campground and Saddle Lake Campground in southern Indiana over the years and new repairs are needed
