Summer is here, the weather is beautiful and yet: there is always something one wishes for. This week’s Voices in the Street asked your friends and neighbors a simple question: “If you could change one thing in the State of Indiana what would it be?”

Minimum wage in Indiana is $7.25 per hour. The democratic party has introduced a bill to raise the federal minimum wage to $15. Recently, Michelle Carter was convicted of involuntary manslaughter in the suicide of her 18 year old boyfriend. The verdict was handed down in Massachusetts and carries a maximum sentence of 20 years.
