On Monday, the majority of the U.S. Supreme Court decided, in Sebelius versus Hobby Lobby Stores and Conestoga Wood Specialties Corporation, that “closely held corporations”, do not have to include coverage for contraception under Affordable Care Act insurance plans, if the employer opposes contraception on personal religious grounds; The United States Court of Appeals for the Seventh Circuit of Indiana has issued a stay on same-sex marriages; Residents living near the Rogers and Binford elementary schools raised concerns June 26th about a revamping of the parking setup there.
