Middle Way House Increased Services Over 2018

The domestic violence shelter and advocacy organization Middle Way House, in Bloomington, recently released their 2018 annual report. Middle Way House Executive Director Deborah Morrow tells WFHB’s Wes Martin the agency is continuing to grow their services, including into domestic and sexual violence prevention programs in area schools.

Area Shelters Brace for ‘Chilling Effect’ on Area Homeless

Recent drops in temperatures can exacerbate the problems faced by those experiencing homelessness. The National Health Care for the Homeless Council says hypothermia can set in at anywhere from 32 – 50 degrees Fahrenheit.
