Buskirk Chumley Theater Funded For 2019

The City of Bloomington committed to funding the Buskirk Chumley Theater for another year. The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission approved its 2019 partnership agreement with the BCT, on Monday. Redevelopment Commission President Don Griffin said the agreement supports Bloomington’s quality of life. Commission Approves $34 Million for Switchyard Park

The Bloomington Redevelopment Commission approved spending $34 million to construct Switchyard Park, yesterday. The Commission approved over $25 million worth of ‘additional features,’ that go beyond the original park plan, including a skate park, limestone concert seating, and a 90-space overflow parking lot off of Rogers Street.
