Despite alarming news stories about health insurance policy cancellations, Families USA has found consumers whose coverage has been terminated will benefit; The state of Indiana and the federal government continue to be at odds on the implementation of the Affordable Care Act; The City of Bloomington will conduct the fourth annual “Beat the Meter Blitz” this winter; The Bloomington City Council debated November 20th whether to install a neighborhood parking zone in a roughly 6-block area south of downtown.

WFHB correspondent Trish Kerle’ speaks with Pat Kellar, producer of a documentary film about the life and music of native Bloomingtonian, Hoagy Carmichael, considered one of the 20th centuries greatest composers of American popular standards for today’s WFHB feature exclusive in anticipation of WFHBs birthday celebration beginning this evening.
