CASA to Begin Advocate Training

Monroe County CASA begins its fall advocate training on October 18th. CASA is short for court appointed special advocates. CASAs advocate in the courts on behalf of juveniles who have been subjected to abuse or neglect. Jim Shelton is a member of the Monroe County CASA’s Board of Trustees.
