Indiana’s second highest ranking public official, Lieutenant Governor Suzanne Crouch, is encouraging the expansion of the state’s timber industry. Lt. Gov. Area Newspapers Cut Jobs

The Hoosier Times, a media group which owns several prominent publications in WFHB’s listening area, is cutting 17 jobs at local papers. The Herald-Times of Bloomington’s Managing Editor Bob Zaltsberg made the announcement, in today’s edition.
