Monroe County Habitat for Humanity to Receive 14 Acres

This morning, Monroe County Commissioners approved an agreement to transfer 14 acres of the county’s Thomson property to Habitat for Humanity of Monroe County. The city of Bloomington released its proposed annual budget on Friday. The 300-page document outlines 90 million dollars worth of expenditures. A majority of those funds are going to staff salaries.
