City Council Turns Down New 4th Street Parking Garage

The Bloomington Common Council declined to approve $18.5 million in bond funding to rebuild the Fourth Street Garage, during its meeting last night. As Recycling Prices Go Up, City Votes To Fund Materials Recovery Facility
