Housing Choice Voucher Program Begins Tomorrow

The Bloomington Housing Authority’s Housing Choice Voucher program will open for applications tomorrow. According to Housing Choice Voucher Program Manager Daniel Harmon, in order for the city’s Housing Authority to provide voucher assistance, a family may not have income which exceeds  50 percent of the area’s median income.
