On Friday, August 26th, first year students in the Masters in Fine Arts Program at Indiana University met at Boxcar Books to perform a poetry and prose reading. These creative writing students read fiction and poetry on a variety of topics to a large audience. Anni Liu, Soo Jin Lee, Essence London, Gionni Ponce, Wendy Spacek, Dan Sullivan, Hannah Thompson, and Irene Zhao each read their own work. We begin the program with Hannah Thompson reciting her first poem.
