Bring It On! welcomes the U.S. State Department’s Mandela Washington Fellows for Young African Leaders. CLarence Boone talks with 25 young leaders from Sub-Sahara Africa. And we hear from Courtney Hermann, program manager with the IU Office of International Development and local leader of the group.

Bring It On! welcomes the U.S. State Department’s Mandela Washington Fellows for Young African Leaders. CLarence Boone talks with 25 young leaders from Sub-Sahara Africa. And we hear from Courtney Hermann, program manager with the IU Office of International Development and local leader of the group. Launched in 2014, this program will empower young African leaders through academic coursework, leadership training, mentoring, networking, professional opportunities and support for activities in their communities.

Cornelius Wright and Justin Crossley provide news of interest to the African-American Community.
