PART ONE: Hosts Clarence Boone and Roberta Radovich speak with Dr. Charlie Nelms, who is a higher education consultant and senior scholar with the American Association of State Colleges and Universities and  a former chancellor with universities in North Carolina, Indiana, and Michigan. They discuss the state of higher education with Betsy Devos as the United States Secretary of Education and the importance of Black History Month.

PART TWO: Hosts Clarence Boone and Roberta Radovich then end the program with an overview of current events affecting the African-American community and discuss Black History Month calendar events.
