​​We are joined in the studio by Taylor Vanover. Taylor is the Chairman of the Indiana Log Cabin Republicans. The Log Cabin Republicans is the largest caucus for LGBTQ conservatives in the United States.

Prior to beginning college Taylor volunteered for Indiana’s 3rd District Congressman, Jim Banks, working on phone banks, parades and other activities. As a freshman at Purdue University Fort Wayne, Taylor was selected to serve on Student Senate, has been elected Vice Chair of the College Republicans, and chairs Indiana’s Log Cabin Republicans chapter. Taylor was married this year to Chad Knox and the two of them attend Trinity Episcopal Church in Fort Wayne where they reside.

As a new board member of Own Your Success, an regional non-profit focused on developing and sustaining women entrepreneurs in Northeast Indiana, Taylor serves to help connect with college and post college age women aspiring to own their own businesses. Professionally, Taylor is serving his family business, Clean Fuels National as a Public-Sector Accounts and Government Affairs Liaison. Taylor recently announced the creation of an exploratory campaign committee to run for Fort Wayne City Council.
