On September 26, Indiana University’s Pi Lambda Phi and the Center for the Middle East held a discussion about Islamophobia. It was moderated by IU Department of Religious Studies professor Kevin Jaques. The panelists were Luma Khabbaz, the president of the Muslim Student Association and Dr. Abdul Kareem Baram, the director of public relations for the Islamic Center of Bloomington.
Geoff Wilson is the grants and donors communications manager for the Ploughshares Fund, and co-edited a report called “10 Big Nuclear Ideas for the Next President”. He spoke at the Unitarian Universalist Church on October 11.
