The community of Dale, Indiana, spoke up at an Indiana Department of Environmental Management hearing, last week. Spencer County community members voiced their concerns over a proposed coal-to-diesel plant by Riverview Energy.
The plant, if permitted, would be built outside of the small farming town of Dale.
