On May first, Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly’s office in Washington released a statement that he would be supporting a Senate bill that would approve construction of the Keystone XL Pipleline, thereby over-riding the executive approval process that has been repeatedly delayed by President Obama, most recently until after the fall elections.
