Plans for a new garbage transfer station on Bloomington’s West Side have sparked anger in recent weeks among residents who live nearby. If the project is approved by the state, the new trash station could be built by this summer. WFHB Assistant News Director Joe Crawford talked with residents who live in the neighborhood, as well as the business owner who wants to build the station.
