IU Bloomington administration and Board of Trustees has been discussing the possible outsourcing of its parking operations. Many IU faculty, staff and students have spoken out against this proposal and have stated a petition in opposition. David Murphy spoke with Ed Vasquez, President of CWA Local 4730, the union that represents support staff on the Bloomington and Northwest campuses of Indiana University, about the petition drive.
