Last week the Monroe County Commissioners accepted more than $15,000 in grant funding for the county’s Futures Family Planning Clinic. The money comes from the Indiana Family Health Council. The Futures clinic provides family planning services on a sliding fee scale. County Health Administrator Penny Caudill said the clinic is receiving slightly less money than in last year’s grant cycle.

Caudill also said the Health Department has received $3,000 from the Indiana State Department of Health for its radon testing program.
