This week on Interchange, host Lisa-Marie Napoli speaks with Pat Murphy, the City of Bloomington Utilities’ Director and Bill Jones, Clinical Professor Emeritus in the School of Public and Environmental Affairs. Murphy and Jones discuss the status and quality of water in the bloomington community with Lake Monroe as the primary water source and the infrastructure design to transport water from the lake to homes.
