Chef Orr talks about –what else?–food, from the most common mistakes home cooks make in their own kitchens, to his recipe for running a successful restaurant. He gives his view of Bloomington from a foodie’s perspective, explores his current book and offers a glimpse of his next one. The show is sprinkled with questions from listeners and Facebook friends who want to know where he shops for produce and why there are bedpans on the wall of his restaurant. Chef Orr also gamely offers off-the-cuff recipes when Deb tosses out random ingredients.
