Interchange – Biking in Bloomington; Working Pro Bono

Play

Interchange reporter Ryan Dawes speaks with Bloomington City Council member Andy Ruff about Bloomington’s emergence as a model for bicycling communities across Indiana and the Midwest.  Ruff discusses how the community’s common sense and environmental sensibilities have expanded both the number of bike routes and the number of bicyclists criss-crossing Bloomington.  In the second segment, guests Diane Walker, Adrian Polit, and Amy Applegate come into the Firehouse for a chat with William Morris about the invaluable service rendered by the District 10 Pro Bono Project, which recruits local attorneys to provide free legal assistance to those citizens who do not have adequate resources.
