Indiana Governor Mike Pence’s medicaid expansion alternative, the Healthy Indiana Plan 2.0 has been approved for a three year “demonstration program”. Residents can submit their H.I.P. 2.0 applications to the Indiana Family and Social Services Administration this week – covergae begins on February 1st.
