The percentage of state education dollars spent on in-classroom education declined last year, according to a new expenditure data for fiscal year 2015; The Building and Trades Park in downtown Bloomington will be growing its northwest boundary; The Town of Ellettsville is moving ahead on raising it’s sewer rates; Monroe County Court Appointed Special Advocates is calling for volunteers to be court appointed special advocates, or CASAs, for youth going through the juvenile court system.

This week Bloomington Mayor John Hamilton’s Wage Growth Task Force released a report following months of studying the local economy. WFHB News Director Joe Crawford has more in today’s WFHB community report.
