The percentage of state education dollars spent on in-classroom education declined last year, according to a new expenditure data for fiscal year 2015; The Building and Trades Park in downtown Bloomington will be growing its northwest boundary; The Town of Ellettsville is moving ahead on raising it’s sewer rates; Monroe County Court Appointed Special Advocates is calling for volunteers to be court appointed special advocates, or CASAs, for youth going through the juvenile court system.
