A federal judge has ruled against former city of Bloomington projects manager Justin Wykoff in a lawsuit over the terms of his restitution payments to the city; An Indiana State Police investigation into voter fraud in Indianapolis has now grown to include over half the counties in the state. The list of affected counties includes Monroe, Greene, Owen, and Brown counties; The Monroe County Coalition for Access and Mobility is holding a public forum tomorrow to discuss access to transportation for people with disabilities and elderly people who cannot drive; A sample of mosquitoes tested by the Monroe County Health Department tested positive for West Nile Virus; According to a press release from The Monroe County Democratic Party, volunteers are offering residents rides to the polls for early voting.

The Indiana University organization, Students Against State Violence, organized a Black Lives Matter rally in Bloomington last night. Other news outlets covered the event, focusing largely on an incident involving a conflict between protesters and the driver of a vehicle. But there was much more to last night’s event.
