Indiana Senator Joe Donnelly backtracked on his opposition to Supreme Court Nominee Brett Kavanaugh; Some absentee ballot applications mailed by the Indiana Democratic Party are ‘faulty.’ That’s according to Indiana Secretary of State Connie Lawson’s Office; Indiana’s highest ranking education official will not seek re-election; Monroe County bars and restaurants are slowly stepping up to pay the county’s new food and beverage tax.
