The president of the South Central Region of IU Health, Mark Moore, announced this morning that he will be retiring from his position on November 1st of this year; Monroe County officials are still debating the details of a proposed materials recovery facility, known simply as the MRF; The City of Bloomington Animal Care and Control announced last week that it will be teaming up with W-T-H-R Channel 13-N-B-C for their annual Clear the Shelters event; The Indiana Housing and Community Development Authority has announced plans for the 2016 Summer Cooling Program which lasts from July 1st through August 12th.
