Indiana is diversifying and aging. According to the latest US Census Report, Indiana’s average age is 37 point 4, up from 37 in 2012; A member of the Bloomington Utilities Service Board pressed the Utilities Department to consider cutting staff at a meeting June 30th; Indiana University has authored a bill of rights for student athletes.
